Carleton Rode All Saints Church

Carleton Rode “All Saints” Church is part of the ‘Long Stratton & The Pilgrim Team Ministry’, made up of Aslacton, Bunwell, Great Moulton, Long Stratton, Tibenham & Wacton Parishes. It has an active and lively congregation with attendances often exceeding 30, during our fortnighly services. Full details of services can be found on their website. If you would like to visit the church it is open daily from 10 am until 4 pm.


Carleton Rode History Group

On this site the History Group aim to publish brief extracts from our village history book and historical documents donated or on loan to us. We also hope that residents or visitors to Carleton Rode will share their memories, photographs and documents with us. Carleton Rode School (CR History Group)


Commonwealth War Graves Commission

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) honours the 1.7 million men and women of the Commonwealth forces who died in the First and Second World Wars, and ensures they will never be forgotten.


Diss Express

The local Diss Express ran a lovely article on our project describing how a village is continuing its efforts to remember the local men who perished in the First World War, and their stories.
